Living in Canada means absolutely no one knows what Mexican food is, especially for a Californian. I gave my friend the hard task of finding me quality tacos in Seattle and luckily, as a California girl herself, she'd had Pablo y Pablo before and knew it would hit the spot. We rolled over for a weekday happy hour and enjoyed margaritas, chips and guacamole, taquitos, and 2x of their happy hour tacos. The chips and guacamole, plus the excellent taquitos, really hit the spot for me. I ultimately went non-conventional and had their cauliflower taco which I truly enjoyed. Plus side, the menu is easy to read, gluten free options are clearly marked, and the bartender is not only an excellent mixer, but he was kind as well. Definitely a place I'll go again next visit.

Had a bit of a wait for a weekday dinner, maybe 45 mins. Service was quite nice and the tacos were amazing!!! I was sad to hear that they were all out of their fish tacos, will definitely try those next time. Outdoor seating was great during the summertime!

Went there during happy hour. 5 dollar tacos are all very yummy, birria quesadilla was also very good but we kinda hoped it was one big quesadilla instead of three small ones. Tamale special today was pork with green sauce, felt like not so much fillings inside but the masa part was the star of the show.

We went here after work from Happy Hour and we ordered the $10 drinks: classic margarita, blood orange margarita, and green chili pineapple mule. We also ordered off the $10 snack: chips & guacamole and small classic nachos. The food and drinks were sooo yummy , I especially loved the nachos and mule. The ambiance was great - it was very aesthetic and lot of natural sunlight so it was so fun going here on a sunny day. The staff was also very friendly - we had a few questions about the menu and they answered all of our questions very thoroughly.

Came to Pablo Y Pablo for Cinco De Mayo. a decent crowd but we were able to secure some seats fairly quickly. Got in just in time for some Happy hour Margaritas which were good. You have the option of doubling it or getting a pint for $5 more - which is nice, and thinking back may have been the better value. To start was chips and guac of course. Not bad, not exceptional, a bit high at $12, the chips of course are unlimited. Along with that got crispy Brussels topped with nuts. I got the beef birria quesadillas (that I actually think were just tacos) a continued favorite of mine at mexi spots and it definitely hit the spot in the way of cheesy goodness. -corn tortillas (Which I am always pleased to see), Oaxaca & jack cheese, jalapeño salsa, cilantro, and of course with broth for dipping. There was plenty of it too. My Buddy got 'Taco duos' and they got the thumbs up from him. The food was really good, I found things to be a tad pricey though, especially being that I've had birria tacos about as good, for comparatively cheaper. Still a good time though.

Amazing dinner place with even better cocktails. A bit on the pricey side but honestly so worth it. Their margaritas and tacos are delicious. They have a variety of salsas. I travelled to Puerto Vallarta and found the food here comparable to the food in Mexico. Staff are very nice and professional. Very nice restaurant - date night vibes.

Such a great brunch spot with friends in the Fremont area. I went on a double date here for brunch right when it opened on a Saturday morning. The service was great they were very attentive and came to our table often to make sure everything was good. The food was delicious! My friends got the Eggs Benedict and the egg sandwich. They thought was very flavorful with large portions. The eggs benedict did look very tasty. My partner and I got the loaded breakfast burrito with bacon and the pork carnitas hash dish. The pork carnitas hash was HUGE and DELICIOUS! I would highly recommend getting this dish if it is your first time! The tostada with crispy hash and potatoes was mouth watering. My loaded burrito had great flavor and was perfect in texture. Sadly, for the price I wish the burrito was bigger compared to what everyone else got for similar prices. But I can't complain about the taste of the food. For dessert we got the churros. My partner said that it is very similar to the churros he had in Spain. However I thought there was not enough sweetness but it was very crispy and crunchy. The waiters were very kind and attentive. This is a great location if you want a causal date or a nice brunch with the girls. I would say this is good for a group of 2-5 people. Just a note: The waitress asked us right when we sat down if we wanted to start with coffee. We all said yes with the assumption that the coffee was complimentary. It was not complimentary it was $4 once I saw the bill. Obviously that was an oops on our part for not asking if it was complimentary. I just wanted to inform you that when they ask if you want to start with coffee just know they will charge you.

Came here for a late brunch and 10/10 experience. The horchata was incredible. Had the pork carnitas hash which was covered in the best chipotle hollandaise sauce, which sounds spicier than it was. A friend got the dolce de leche French toast and loved it, but she wish he got a side to balance out the sweetness. Can't wait to come back and try the dinner menu. Really polite staff as well!

Came here to meet a friend for a Friday 3pm happy hour. Sweet location and beautiful interior. I haven't been to the other locations in the city but really enjoyed the big windows and vibe of the place. Saw a few folks solo dining too which to me is always a good sign of a place where ppl feel really comfortable. Service was friendly and not overbearing. Really enjoyed their HH bites and drinks.
